Gurgle with cayenne pepper and water

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 shakes of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup ver warm water

What You'll Do

  • mix 4 -5 shakes of Cayenne pepper with a cup of very warm water. Add a drop or two of lemon juice and gargle deeply
  • Spit out the liquid and repeat until all the liquid is gone.

Tips & Warnings

  • May be very spicy. Do not swallow
