- An open-mind
- Hot water
- and no clouds in the sky so you actually see the sunrise
What You'll Do
- 1. Wake up 2-5 days a week to watch the sunrise even in the depths of winter. Even if as early as 6:30 AM. 2. Practice gratitude that the sun has risen i.e. Thank you sun for rising again. Or just pause and appreciate it.
- 3. Repeat and make it a ritual. This is especially helpful if you know you will have to be inside all day.

- This is likely not enough to completely beat SAD but can be a helpful part of treatment.
