Cracked heels can be sorted in a very simple and beautifully scented way. Follow these simple and effective steps

What You'll Need

  • Bucket and warm water
  • lemon
  • exfoliating glove
  • lavender oil
  • Towel & Socks

What You'll Do

  • First, soak your feet for 10 minutes in warm water with lemon juice which will dissolve dead/dry skin
  • Scrub gently with an exfoliating glove. Don't overdo it as you could make your skin too delicate.
  • Dry your feet.
  • Mix a spoonful of olive oil with few drops of lemon or lavender oil then massage your feet gently. Put some socks on so your feet retain all the benefits

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure first diabetes or thyroid issues are not the cause of cracked heels.
