Oxygen and removing physical tension calms you. So take a couple of deep breaths and stand up, move around and shake it out. Really calms you before a big event.

  • A quiet room

What You'll Do

  • Very simple! Go to a quiet space, take five very deep and slow breaths. Vigorously shake you hands to the floor five times.
  • Repeat as necessary
