Sleep it off
Immediately going to sleep if you can seems to relax you and speed up the time it takes to pass. I have found that this is the one thing that works.
What You'll Need
- A Dark Room
- Water - drink a glass of water before going to sleep
What You'll Do
- As soon as the lights appear, drink a pint of water, shut the curtains and get into bed
Tips & Warnings
- Only tried on occasional episodes but tends to work. If you are at work this obviously is not a solution but if you are feeling that bad you are not going to get any word done so might as well go home and rest until the migraine clears.
