Practice breathing exercises to calm your anxiety. A professional therapist taught me this method and I find that it does help a lot.

What You'll Need

  • Quiet space
  • Time alone

What You'll Do

  • Lie in a quiet dark room and concentrate on deep breathing
  • Focus on breathing in, and then breathing out. Notice how your body changes with each breath.
  • I find that if I shut my eyes it can help me focus more on my breath and how my body feels and seems to be more effective.

This definitely works for me. You dont always have time to lay down, and if you are stressed at the office you can just walk away from your desk for five, and do the breathing exersizes, that would do
