What You'll Do
- Jot down times of day/situations/weather patterns/moods/external cues you notice foods cravings around.
- Identify some of the things that contibute to your cravings and do what you can to change those behaviors.
Tips & Warnings
- Those with a history of an eating disorder may want to talk to a dietitan or therapist to avoid becomign overly fixated or restrictive
