Cut out dairy for clear skin
For some people acne is caused by too much dairy food and our bodies' inability to process it.
What You'll Need
- None diary substitutes - Almond milk work really well and are delicious.
- soy milk, soy cheese.
- For some people, non-cows diary doesn't cause the same acne issues that cows diary does, so then you can try Goats or Sheeps diary.
What You'll Do
- Gradually cut out all dairy produce.
- Quit cheese, yoghurt and milk.
Tips & Warnings
- Try not to bang on about not eating dairy too much - other people find it dull and don't want to hear about why you can't eat cheese!
