Dried apricots can be one solution you need to help get things moving in the bathroom. I tend to get constipated (yay me) and I find this really does work for me. My mother always told me about this home remedy to help ease constipation, and since I was a child in Sydney, I have used these dried fruits to help stop feeling so constipated. She would buy some at the grocery store and leave them in the kitchen cupboard just in case! I think it has something to do with the fiber content in prunes and apricots that help you poop regularly.

  • Eat the apricots
  • Prunes can help you stop constipation too.
  • Try having 1-5 apricots at regular intervals and see how you feel. Everyone is different so start with a couple and pay attention to your bowels.
