What You'll Need

  • green apple, banana, carrot, coconut water
  • wheat grass and or spinach, blender

What You'll Do

  • place one banana, one green apple w/o core, one ca
  • Step 1-place one banana, one green apple without the core, one carrot, 1 cup coconut water, wheat grass or spinach in a blender together
  • Step 2- Blend until a desired consistency
  • Step 3-Enjoy
