Working out is my go to remedy for stress.
What You'll Need
- The only thing you need is time. Even if you only have 20 min and no equipment, you can go for a run, calisthenics, or stretch. As long as the workout is rigorous enough to increase your heart rate and breathing and get you sweating you will feel the benefits.
- Workout clothes, sneakers, water

- Find 20 minutes to and hour of free time in your schedule
- Workout for 20 min to an hour
