Drinking lots of water prior to boarding a plane and during the flight, eating healthy food on planes and exercise straight after a long haul flight can really help to fight jet-lag

What You'll Need

  • Still water and and order a vegetarian option with the airline (most airline needs meal booking at least 24 hrs before departure)
  • Vegetables (carrots/celery sticks) to take on plane and dry fruits or nuts as snacks

What You'll Do

  • Drink: still water at least 2 liters before departure and constantly during the flight and avoid any alcohol before and during the flight
  • Eat, healthy and easy digestible food before flying and eat vegetable based food on plan, eat walnuts, almonds or carrots as snacks
