Change your Watch
This is a very simple trick my father who travels a lot taught me. As soon as you get on the plane, change your watch to the time of the destination. Never again refer back to the time where you were, just think at all times of the time at the new destination. This includes, eating and sleeping at the new time as much as possible. Although this can be hard to begin with, it can make a world of difference by the time you get to the new time zone.

- Never think about the time it is in the old place
- Once you are on the plane, change to the new time zone, and straight away try to eat and sleep at the new time zone. This will help your body feel adjusted when you get to the destination.
