What You'll Need

  • Water
  • Fiber
  • foods heavy with fibre

What You'll Do

  • 8 glasses of water daily
  • 25 grams of fiber daily
  • Drinking at least 8 glasses of water and
  • eating 25 grams of fiber a day helps get rid of constipation

Tips & Warnings

  • Too much fiber can also constipate you! So find that happy medium
