Ginger tea boost really helps. The next day you feel like new. You can have one every hour if your already sick. You can add in Honey and Lemon for an immune system kick and to improve the taste if you are not a ginger fan.

What You'll Need

  • - 2 cm of chopped ginger (peel it if it's not organic) 
  • Then in the cup I add a - whole lemon squeezed for vitamin c and bust my immune system and a - teaspoon of honey. 

What You'll Do

  • -Put in boiling water about 2 cups and let it simmer for a few minutes if I have time I let it up to 5 min with stove off.
