What You'll Need

  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • -2 table spoons of organic raw honey -1/2 table spoon of cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon) -Pinch of cayenne pepper -1/2 ground cloves
  • 2 cm of fresh ginger
  • 3 table spoons of lemon juice organic
  • 2 table spoons of organic raw honey
  • 1/2 table spoon of cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 ground cloves
