If you know you won't get enough sleep tonight, start drinking 2-3 glasses of water an hour or two before bed. You will be able to get by on less sleep and feel better in the morning.

  • Drink 2 or more 12 ounce glasses of water 1 to 2 hours before bed

Tips & Warnings

  • Avoid doing this in the hour before bed as you'll wake up having to go to the bathroom.
