Cal Wansbrough is a fully qualified acupuncturist, with a BSc Honours degree from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading (affiliated with Kingston University). Her practice integrates two styles of acupuncture – Five Element Acupuncture and Tradition Chinese Medicine. She is also an experienced, 500-hour advanced certified yoga teacher (registered with the Yoga Alliance), specialising in anatomy and yin yoga, a qualified Yoga Life Coach and a Reiki practitioner. Cal is a long term advocate of complementary medicine and believes it can help a wide range of conditions as well as general health and well-being. Personally, she believes the mind/body/spirit connection is integral to our well-being and finds it fascinating how our emotions and thoughts can positively influence our health. Cal draws from the traditions of Acupuncture and Yoga and uses a variety of techniques; needling, cupping, massage, guasha, moxa, movement and breath, to restore health, vitality and well-being. Cal is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which sets very high standards for the treatment of patients.
