Positive Psychology Researcher & Coach and MBCT Mindfulness Trainer
Charlotte Wiseman is a Positive psychology researcher and coach, mental fitness expert, MBCT mindfulness trainer, Mental health First Aid trainer and wellbeing consultant. It was her own personal journey overcoming chronic stress, anxiety and depression that first led her to explore Mindfulness in 2009. The positive changes she experienced were so inspiring that she subsequently left her long standing career in the fashion industry to pursue an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, complete an MBCT Mindfulness teacher training and Mental Health First Aider trainer qualifications. Drawing on her scientific research she has subsequently created the 'X-fit for the Mind®' program, a pioneering and evidence-based approach to group mental fitness. She is a member of the British Psychological Society, International Positive Psychology Association and has been featured in the Journal of Public Mental Health for her pioneering work in the field of mental wellbeing.
