Dr Gadelrab co-manages one of the UK's largest GP networks online, 'Tiko's GP group', with over 7000 GPs, and is currently working in the NHS as a GP, medical educator and healthcare trainer. She believes that transparency, innovation and patient-centric care are the hallmarks of successful healthcare delivery.
