Francesca is a Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach, with 17 years in the Health and Fitness industry beginning with years of Personal Training she became dissatisfied with the traditional approach to health and fitness amongst the industry; always focused on the physical and aesthetics and little focus to the mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of clients. She decided to study with the CHEK Institute for a more holistic approach to health, wellbeing and fitness. Francesca loves working with clients who have busy and demanding lifestyles who are highly stressed, helping them to reduce their physiological load and restore their vitality through the 6 Pillars of health that are the fundamental foundation to wellness. She combines her skill set of bodywork, yoga, movement, nutrition and holistic health to tailor a comprehensive program that ultimately empowers her clients to have the tools and knowledge to embody physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
