Lily is a certified Yoga Teacher and teaches both privately and corporately in and around London. Lily also trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Lily coaches clients on building a healthy relationship with food and helps them to understand the importance of balance in their lives. Her key areas of interest are losing weight, increasing energy levels, combatting stress and deeper sleep. Lily runs health and yoga retreats and teaches small cooking classes to help her clients understand health eating.
