Rachel is a behaviour change psychologist with a first class psychology degree (BSc, hons) and MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is now studying for a PhD and specialises in understanding the role of factors such as self-control and habits in eating behaviour. Rachel works 1:1 with clients through her business re:wellbeing. She brings her knowledge from 10 years of studying psychology as well as experience from her personal struggle with health and wellbeing to help them transform their life by making small manageable changes.
