Tamsin has a BSc in Psychology, a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology/Neuroscience. She is certified in Yoga (advanced - 500 hr) and Yoga Ed (which certifies her to teach yoga in schools to students and teachers). In addition, Tamsin has a Living Ayurveda Certification and is a certified Yoga Health Coach and a certified Executive Coach. Her ethos and work are focused on helping busy people organize themselves, so they have more time for what they want and need, as well as time for fun.
