Chaga is a mushroom or fungi that grows on birch trees and is said to be one of the strongest antioxidants. People say it tops some other ones such as green tea, moringa tree and many more. It's tasteless and odorless, but if you ask me, the benefits are endless... especially when you're constipated. To help get things moving, this tea acts like a natural laxative so make sure you ease into it. Some say that it helps them feel less bloated and helps them go to the bathroom fast after feeling blocked and constipated for different reasons.
