A nutritionist told me about this tip to help keep you regular. So not necessarily for constipation but to keep things moving... I am someone who has never had the joy of pooping once a day (which apparently is what you are supposed to). I was talking to a nutritionist at a health retreat, and she told me about this powder supplement. Total game changer. So for anyone who wants to poop more regularly try adding this to your diet.

  • Slippery Elm Powder (which you can buy in most health food stores)

What You'll Do

  • Take one teaspoon a day.
  • You can put it on cereal, or in a drink, or on any food.
