Drink loads of water BEFORE you go to bed
Drink as much water as possible, ideally 1 litre just BEFORE you go to bed. Ideally with an advil, or any sort of headache pill.

- Don't do sparkling water. That will fill you up too quickly, and you'll get burpy, which might be dangerous after a lot of alcohol.... Also, while a glass of water for every drink really helps IN THEORY, it is really hard to put into practice when you are in the flow of things. In absence of rationale during a party, this water trick really helps!
