Similar to "no carbs after 5" just have soups for dinner

What You'll Need

  • All different sort of soups; best to use broth-based soups. My favourite is chicken.
  • Water, stock, veggies (carrots, broccoli) and chicken or salmon

What You'll Do

  • Boil water
  • Add cut up vegetables, stock and herbs you like
  • Add chicken to boil or salmon last minute to poach.

Tips & Warnings

  • You will EAT the chocolate if you HAVE it! ;-)
