Every individual is different and so is their journey when living with Chronic Fatigue. There are certain practitioners that recommend starting with nutritional therapy, as a first step when diagnosed with the syndrome, for those who are so physically depleted, have had ongoing health issues, and are not able to engage on a physical level. Then there are those who are on such a high state of maladaptive stress responsive, who react with supplements and changes, that they may need help calming down the nervous system.
