Celebrate the sunrise (or time of sunrise) for energy and replenishment.

What You'll Need

  • Alarm clock Hot water
  • An open-mind
  • Hot water
  • and no clouds in the sky so you actually see the sunrise

What You'll Do

  • 1. Wake up 2-5 days a week to watch the sunrise even in the depths of winter. Even if as early as 6:30 AM. 2. Practice gratitude that the sun has risen i.e. Thank you sun for rising again. Or just pause and appreciate it.
  • 3. Repeat and make it a ritual. This is especially helpful if you know you will have to be inside all day.
