For a stomach ache, add 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar (Bragg's "with the mother" brand is recommended) to a cup of hot water. You can optionally add a tsp of raw honey if you're concerned about the taste, but if you don't need it, do without. The probiotic from the ACV will soothe and calm your digestive system and ease a stomach ache associated with eating too much or eating something that has upset you. Sip slowly and breathe deeply!
