Feeling a bit under the weather?
Turmeric has been my go-to spice against colds for a long time. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties can help boost the immune system and fight free radicals ( free radicals can promote certain diseases). Now there are so many different ways to eat turmeric ( in a trendy goldenmilk or a good old curry 😋) but my favorite by far is a shot made with 1 orange, 1 lemon, coconut water, ginger and turmeric. Works wonders ! Get well soon my friends !
What You'll Need
- Grated ginger or ginger powder ( 1-2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp of turmeric powder
- juice of half a lemon
- juice of one orange
- coconut water
What You'll Do
- Juice and grate separately
- combine the ingredients in a small blender or a shaker
- blend or shake
