Looking for a fancy bubbly, non-alcoholic cocktail that invigorates and is gut friendly at the same time ? Look no further. As I am getting ready to watch my #Netflix tv shows, I am also preparing my favorite mocktail made with lemon, ginger, raw apple cider vinegar, sparkling water and ice. This beverage packs a powerful punch to nourish, hydrate and protect our body. Ginger boosts the immune system, lemon is a great antioxidant and aids digestion. Raw apple cider vinegar also helps with digestion by increasing gastric juices and can also help relieve acid reflux symptoms. .

  • Apple Cider Vinegar ( with the mother)
  • Ginger
  • Sparkling Water
