Confidence is something that comes with consistent intention, practice and ALWAYS from within. If you want to feel more confident, you need to get INTO your body and stop numbing it. So many women I meet are totally disconnected from their bodies - they are lugging them around all day, stuffing them with food, restricting, fixing, changing and not paying attention to their body's needs. LISTEN to your body and move it in a way that feels good to move. CONNECT to your inner wisdom - the physical wisdom that has been within humans for thousands of years. Your body is on your team and you don’t need to fight it. Your body is trying to work FOR you. All it needs in return is for you to embrace her wisdom and love her. From this healthy, nourished place you will begin to cultivate confidence from within. In addition to your physical health, pay attention to your mental, emotional and spiritual health too - all of these aspects affect confidence.

What You'll Need

  • A Body!
  • Pen and paper

What You'll Do

  • Ask yourself, if I loved my body - how would I move it, feed it and nourish it?
  • Ask yourself, if I respected my body what thoughts and feelings would I express towards it?
  • 3. Ask yourself, is there 1 new habit I could implement that would massively support and nourish my body in the long term?
