Your body is on your team and you don’t need to fight it. Your body is trying to work FOR you. All it needs in return is for you to embrace her wisdom and love her. From this healthy, nourished place you will begin to cultivate confidence from within. In addition to your physical health, pay attention to your mental, emotional and spiritual health too - all of these aspects affect confidence.
