Ayurveda states that mental balance should be preserved at all times this state of being is called sattwa it is the purified energy which helps make wise choices. You can create this energy in your home by dusting regularly! I know this sounds simplistic but notice the quality of sound in a newly cleaned room it's much clearer. If you're dealing with stress regularly, why not try it? It can't hurt and it's very therapeutic. Do you notice a difference?
