Mustard seeds are very effective at stimulating circulation, according to Ayurvedic medicine, as when used it acts as a warming massage oil for the body, helping with cold joints thus promoting circulation. So, to help poor circulation, tie two teaspoons worth of mustard seeds in a cheesecloth and immerse in hot water, then soak your feet in it. This is quite a popular home remedy for those who suffer from cold (or blue/purple colored!) feet, or even those who get pins and needles in their legs.   • Hot water

  • Wrap 2 tsps of mustard seeds in a cheesecloth
  • Immerse in hot water
  • Put your feet in the mustard seed infused hot water and relax!
