Nutmeg for sleeping

It has a calming effect when consumed in small doses, so it's ideal if you drink a little with warm milk just before going to bed and trying to sleeping. - Add a 1/4 of a teaspoon of nutmeg powder to a cup of warm milk.
- Drink before getting to bed to help with drifting off to sleep.
