Certain spices can really help with gut health, indigestion and acid reflux. During the colder months of the year, we should be thinking of removing raw foods from our diets and eating warm cooked foods this will give us better protect against winter colds and improve our wellbeing in general.

  • Cinnamon
  • Cardomom

  • So adding light warming spices to our diet will also help, like clove, cinnamon, cumin, and cardomom. All this spices are not only warming they have proven anti-oxident properties in abundance
