Lemons are high in antioxidants and vitamin C which will help strengthen your immune system. The key aspect is that warm lemon water in the morning helps kickstart the digestion process for the day.
What You'll Need
- Fresh Lemon are a much better option then using bottled lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
What You'll Do
- Option 1 - squeeze the juice from one lemon into a mug of warm water. The water should not be boiling hot but warm
- Option 2 - mix 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a mug of hot water.
- Drink either of these first thing in the morning, before eating anything else, on a daily basis.
