Starting off every day with a simple, quick and easy yoga ritual and mantra can give you positive effects long-term. You'll begin to really become self-aware, confident and happy most of all. Here's a simple way to begin to boost your happiness and energy:

What You'll Need

  • Yoga cushion or mat

What You'll Do

  • A 15 min meditative flow always gets me centred, and focused. Keep a yoga mat/cushion by your bed or in the lounge and place your bum on one of them the moment you awake.
  • If you prefer to be guided then I found the best app to have on your phone or ipad is ‘Simply Being’ which I love and it’s cheap as chips.
  • Greet yourself with a hug after and set off your day by saying, ‘I count. I matter' or 'Life is good' or whatever mantra you prefer to get you going.
