Gratitude lists are a great tool in helping you to appreciate the smaller things in life. It is also good to help try to switch your brain to become more positive when you feel like negativity is taking over a bit too much.

- Pen and Paper
What You'll Do
- Pen and paper next to your bed
- Write a list of 5 things you appreciate in your life each day for 2 weeks
- 3. Don't repeat the same thing twice

- This can be hard at first so don't put pressure on yourself. You can think of the smallest thing such as a nice cup of tea you drank that day or the bus turned up on time.
