One sure way to increase your workout motivation and help you with your weight loss is to track your journey, your workouts, meals etc with a journal. This will give you a lot more organisation in the gym because people may spend months using the same weights, running the same distance, doing the same thing over and over. For the body to change you need to adjust with it. So as it gets stronger push that weight a little heavier, run that little bit further. Having a journal you can update after each workout means you know exactly what you are going to do each time you prepare for that session. It is also a great way to see how far you have come from the beginning if you find you are losing a bit of motivation. It is easy to forget sometimes where you started.

What You'll Need

  • Journal and a pen

What You'll Do

  • Update each workout tracking your weights, reps, distance etc
  • Write your workouts ahead of time so you can note as you go along
