You just need a cup of black coffee, followed by a 10/15 minute fast paced run. It may be the last thing you feel like doing but it gets everything moving!

- Wait 15/20 minutes before you start running
- Go for a fast paced run, its only a short one so keep up a high speed!
Tips & Warnings
- Ability to run for 15 minutes is required, don't get yourself injured. Your constipation could ease mid run, if so find a bathroom asap!
