Online you will find a variety of sophisticated and often inconvenient tips to a hangover. Honestly in my experience the simplest method is usually the most effective. Although you can try raw eggs or a mixture of herbal remedies I prefer to go pretty bog standard with my recovery method. You wake up in the morning with a pounding headache and nauseous feeling in your stomach, as we all tend to right? Take a paracetamol or two, drink fresh coffee or a warm tea brew and try to get some more sleep. The key to this remedy is sleep, if you're not awake you can't feel the torture of your hangover. The other main aspect of this remedy is food. When you're hungover the last thing many people want is to eat but here's the thing, the food will either give you energy and help you to recover from the hangover, OR will make you feel so nauseous that you throw up the remaining alcohol in your system. This may not appeal but in my experience really helps. Stick to foods like eggs, toast, fresh fruit like apple is also great. Fundamentally, go for a combination of sleep and food. A big focus on sleep, I promise it's the best way to go.
