As someone who is not necessarily spiritually inclined I’d say I was a little more than sceptical when approaching the prospect of going to visit a hypnotist. In the end I’d say I’ve been converted, she was very warm and welcoming, made me extremely comfortable and helped me massively with overcoming my fears and anxieties. Now I don’t know entirely how I feel about hypnosis itself but the experience overall has helped me massively in overcoming fears so I recommend you giving it a go. Whether you believe in the cosmic power of healers or whether you just want to try an alternative to medication or traditional therapy I recommend it. Look online and research hypnosis therapists near you and READ THE REVIEWS. Some may offer you a free first session, some won’t but either way this could be what you’ve been looking for all along.
