An increasing amount of clients have complained about acid reflux or digestive issues with cause acid reflux. When it comes to AR it is very important to get it right as the continuous acidity of the gastric acid going upwards in the oesophagus causes long term damage and makes things complicated; can also lead to Cancer as the protective mucous barrier is slowly "eaten"away by acid. I found that 2 things really help:

What You'll Need

  • L-Glutamine powder
  • White Cabbage, Red Apples
  • Food grade Aloe Vera

What You'll Do

  • First thing each am: 500ml of water with 1 tbsp AloeVera and 1tbs L-glutamine - mix and drink
  • Juice several times a day for at least a week - drink as fresh as you can to keep the nutrients high
  • Juice cleansing/fasting with white cabbage and apple 6 x times a day
  • Taxing a mix daily of water, AloeVera and L-glutamine

Tips & Warnings

  • If someone is on medication it is best to ask your GP is you can diminish the dose. experimenting by removing the meds is a choice if you want to try after a month of not having as much or any reflux.
