Great way to unwind and relax is just take a bath! It gives you the out time you need to help de-stress, the warm water helps calm you down. And its not like you can sit in the bath with your cell-phone making a call!
What You'll Need
- Your choice of bubble bath (I use Vitabath)
What You'll Do
- 3 pumps of Vita Bath before running water
- Run hot bath
- Once bath is ful of bubbles get in and close your eyes. Begin taking long deep breathes.
