Try this trick to aid your flatulence problems. My husband did this and noticed a marked improvement in his gas problems. Instead of eating the standard 3 meals a day, eat six smaller meals. Because you are eating less food at every mealtime your body will be able to digest your food more easily and should be less likely to produce gas.
