  • It helps if you air dry your babies bottom first. If the rash is really bad try not to use wipes, just use water and cotton wool pads.

I swear my metanium, it works every time.

Try to use a barrier cream before nappy rash takes hold. Metanium always made a difference for my baby within 24 hours. There are other causes of nappy rash - like fungal infections so you may need to consult a doctor or midwife if you don't see improvements fairly quickly.
