Studies in the United Kingdom have shown that stress could be due to deficiencies in vitamin B, which is responsible for healthy nerves and brain cells. Avocados are rich in stress-relieving B vitamins (primarily B6). They contain Serotonin, also known as the “Happy” hormone, which can help keep your mood steady, even in times of stress. For the best results in stress-reduction at work, eat one-half of a fresh avocado as a snack. Or the whole thing! That is okay, too.
